i adored this hotel. our room included two windows, both opened wide! the views out those windows at night were among the most beautiful i have ever seen from a hotel. the location was central, easy to walk about.
the room was in a separate building. access was through a metal door, and the room was on the second floor. it was only reachable by steep stairs and not suitable with large luggage.

The room was perfect for us! It had so much space, including a little kitchen with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom even featured a bathtub. I don't have one at home, so this was a nice unexpected treat.
I found the room to be a bit dated. The beds weren't the MOST comfortable, which affected my sleep quality a little.

The hotel is excellently located on one of the main canals. I found it very quiet at night. The location allowed walkable access to everything, a huge plus for exploring the area.

The front desk staff were super friendly. I saw them go above and beyond to accommodate guest needs, from directions to advice on what to do.

i enjoyed the view of the canal right from my window. the location was so convenient, and i easily walked to many main attractions. staff was friendly. they helped me with my bags on arrival and were always smiling.
the safe in my room did not work . it was not operational, and i missed secure storage for my important documents. i hope they fix this soon.

breakfast had a good variety of items. i was able to make my own omelet. they had an espresso machine , made cappuccinos too. it was a nice way to start the day.

the gentleman at reception were really helpful. he let me keep my bags at the hotel after i checked out. this way i could see more of the city before heading to the train station.

my double room canal view had big, fabulous windows. i looked right out over the canal. the bed was comfy, and the bathroom looked great with marble. it was spacious too.

the hotel has a strange lift. you can see the floors through a tiny window. the lift doors open automatically on each floor, so there isn't a door inside the lift.

the room was small. also, the furniture seemed very old and worn. there was no air conditioning, only a fan and it did little good. i also noticed the bathroom lacked proper ventilation.
